He's done an excellent job on all of them, these renovations have
taken the houses right back to their brickwork. He has done the
electrics, brickwork, tiling, kitchen fitting and a number of other
things. He organises everything and has done an absolutely excellent
job.

He completely gutted and
refitted our kitchen, including the electrics and lighting. He turned
up when he said he would and apologised if he was late. He listened
to our ideas and made suggestions and was really conscientious.
He left the house really tidy. He's really quite excellent, I've
