Can a business request its own entry onto the
site?
- Yes, but it has to prove that it deserves to be included on Quality Directory. The references they supply will be thoroughly checked out, and other opinions sought from their suppliers and customers if possible.
Is there a limit to the number of businesses
that can be listed?
- Yes, each category has a limit of 3 businesses per town.
What if I am unhappy with the work carried out
by one of the businesses listed?
- We aim to investigate all complaints, and if a business has 2 complaints against it in a 6 month period, it will be removed from Quality Directory.
What do I do if I want to recommend a business?
- Please use the recommendations form part of this website.
Do you liaise between me and the supplier?
- No, the aim of Quality Directory is simply to put you in touch with a recommended supplier. It is up to you to discuss your needs with the supplier directly.
Do I need my own website to advertise on the
Directory?
- No, you don't need a website, you only need to list the contact information you want customers to reach you with. If you want to know more about creating your own website, look at our "extra services"
What if there isn't a category for my business?
- Not a problem, we are always updating our site to meet our customers demands. If the listing you want isn't there, we can create one for you.
What if there is no-one listed in the category
I'm looking for?
- The directory is not full because it is driven by recommendation. However, through our extensive network, we may be able to connect you to a quality supplier, so please call Sebastian or Harriet on 08456 443776
