Ken has fitted a bathroom and kitchen in our early Victorian house and has given really helpful advice at all stages of each project, He is very practical and the work he has done is beautifully accomplished. He re-evaluates his service, and besides being conscientious and practical, he answers his damn phone. He does get back to you if you have a problem, and makes every effort to cost things really clearly so you know what the costs will be, no changes halfway through unless you change your own mind. If you come up with a brainwave, Ken will consider whether it will work, cost it out, and make sure that you really understand what you will get. I am happy to recommend him.
