We appointed John to assist us create the structure and the processes to prepare our BCP. John met with key members of our team on several occasions to extract the critical areas of our business that needed to be risk-managed. He has the ability of ‘asking the right questions’ and his practical experience as a loss adjuster was very useful to us.
There were several follow up meetings. He prepared regular reports and kept the documentation in good order. He kept the pressure on us to complete the job despite us being fully stretched. Arising out of this were a series of suggestions and proposals for both internal and external changes – most of which have been implemented.
