Since opening in 1992, Mapledurham has established itself as one of the friendliest Clubs in the region. The Club has gone from strength to strength including three extensions and refurbishments in the last 5 years; more recently extending its changing facilities due to its success in the local area.

Situated less than 10 minutes drive from Reading and only 15 minutes from Wallingford & Henley, the Club is an easy drive from these towns.

The Health Club offers state of the art fitness facilities and has the latest Technogym Excite equipment installed. This is complimented by the unique key system that enables our Wellness Advisors to help you set your programme of exercise and monitor your progress consistently, giving you advice and reviewing your programme in order to continue your development and motivation.

With 2 studios offering holistic, aerobic, resistance and spin classes, Mapledurham offers a varied timetable which runs throughout every day and evening of the week. The swimming pool is a delightful environment whether you wish to relax or lane swim. Swimming lessons for both adults and children are offered to all levels of abilities. Adjacent to this area is the dedicated adult area where we have a large Spa, Sauna and Steam Room.

After a workout or round of golf you can relax in the Pulse Café, enjoy a meal or a snack, read newspapers and meet friends. In The Treatment Room, both men and women can enjoy a range of treatments such as a relaxing facial or a sports massage.
