Firm makes it into Quality Directory

A garage in Maidenhead has been listed in a new directory for recommended services in the Thames Valley.
Boxer Motor Company in Reform Road has been listed in the Quality Directory (QD), which only accepts companies with glowing references. With just three companies permitted in each category, it's a prestigious inclusion.
Sebastian Brown, from Sonning Common, set up QD earlier this year. He said: " I ran a company called 'At Your Service' which was a lifestyle management and concierge service, basically sorting out people when they did not have the time to sort themselves out. What I had to do was find somebody to do their gardening, tax return or whatever it was, and I needed to find a good quality person.
"My clients kept saying how great it (the service) was, they knew they would get somebody good if they asked me to get it sorted out. That got me thinking, there has got to be a way to get these people known to the general public, so I set up the Quality Directory"
The directory covers Basingstoke, Bracknell, Henley, High Wycombe, Newbury, Reading and Windsor, as well as Maidenhead.
It contains a list of recommended companies for each town which can be accessed at www.qualitydirectory.co.uk
He said: "It is building up slowly over time. I could fill it tomorrow but no with the right people. The whole idea is to fill it with the right people who can prove they are good quality. I am aiming it at both business to business and business to consumer, anybody who needs a service which is good quality."
