Our tiler Andy, was amazing. They did a brilliant job, even providing temporary carpets for us during the Christmas period before the flooring was complete. Ken has fitted a bathroom and kitchen in our early Victorian house and has given really helpful advice at all stages of each project, He is very practical and the work he has done is beautifully accomplished.
He re-evaluates his service, and besides being conscientious and practical, he answers his damn phone. He does get back to you if you have a problem, and makes every effort to cost things really clearly so you know what the costs will be, no changes halfway through unless you change your own mind. If you come up with a brainwave, Ken will consider whether it will work, cost it out, and make sure that you really understand what you will get.

Ken fitted a new kitchen for us from scratch. We had had some building work done and after the builders left we had a shell to work with. Ken helped us design the kitchen, advised us where to look for units/flooring/work tops etc. He ordered the kitchen and some of the white goods for us. He was extremely helpful and made two home visits before we decided what we needed. When he started the job he was very reliable and we had an excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone in the future. We are very pleased with the final result.
